It's completely free on Lulu too, but I think they still insist on you logging in.

To be released in the near future... an ebook about making the Captain Disaster games, all the original stories and one all-new story, plus some other random adventure gaming goodness.  I'm going to release it on a "Pay If You Want" basis to help raise a few funds for helping to develop the games.

I know, you didn't even realise it was out of production... well it was just a temporary lapse while Hurricane Sandy came and went, as our programmer for the project lives in the affected area.  He's back on the case now, thankfully uninjured, and ready to roll, so look out for more TAHIMG updates soon!
